1st Capital Gaming is pleased to host the Regional Championship Qualifier Round 9 (Season 3 Round 3).

This event is sealed with Swiss rounds (based on attendance), with draft for cut to top 8.

As this is a competitive rules enforcement level event, deck registration is required and will be done at the beginning of the event.

The following awards for top eight include:

1st place - Regional Championship Qualification, foil Force of Despair promo card, and Niv-Mizzet PinFinity pin and champion lanyard.

2nd-8th place - Non-foil Force of Despair promo card and Niv-Mizzet PinFinity pin.

The first 32 registrants will receive a Secret Lair Play (SLP) version of Mayhem Devil for participating in the event.

Additional prizing in the form of store credit will be awarded to top 8 based on attendance (sample payout below).
